Hi, my name is Jade and I am the owner of Kritter Konnection Pet Services. My apologies about the picture below, but I was dog tired when my mom sneaked up on me during a brief cat nap. She didn’t even give me the chance to brush my hair or do my nails!

Anyway, I wanted to tell you a little about Kritter Konnection Pet Services. Since my mom has always been into spoiling pets, and I know how to win people’s attention, (not to mention, I’m the cuter one of us) I decided to create Kritter Konnection Pet Services and have my mom get things going for me.

Like me, she firmly believes in treating pets as part of the family. Our goal is to always provide premium service and give the absolute best of care to those who love you unconditionally each day. We want to provide pet care “a paw above the rest”!

The services we currently offer include: We’ll soon be adding other services to the list, so keep an eye out for the latest.

Currently, our service area is Seattle’s Eastside, including Bellevue, Carnation, Duvall, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Redmond, Snoqualmie, and Woodinville. Fees vary depending on the type of service you request and number of pets.

Our customers are absolutely great. Honestly, I’ve never met a human I didn’t like. I even have my vet wrapped around my little toe tuft! So far, we’ve had the wonderful opportunity to care for a number of kool kritters. The customer base we’ve had the pleasure to meet so far include cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, ferrets, fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, chinchillas, llamas, and horses. In fact, the only kritters we don’t accept are spiders and large snakes. Sorry guys! I make sure to provide my mom and the Pet Care Specialists with up to date information on the current pet world so they can keep their training up to date.

Now, for a little about the staff here at Kritter Konnection. I’m Jade, of course. I was found with my four siblings living in a jetty on a beach in Oregon. A nice rescuer came to scoop us up and help us find a safe, warm home, with families to love us. At five weeks old, we were placed with Mary Feige (my mom now) as foster babies until we were ready for adoption. To make a long story short, we all found wonderful homes that treat us with the love and attention we deserve. One of my brothers and two of my sisters even come over to play every so often!

Like I mentioned before, Mary is my mom, and I let her believe she runs things. She has over 16 years of project and business management experience from her career in the software and telecommunications industries. After working behind a desk for many years, she decided to combine her business and pet experience, and focus strictly on the well being of animals. She has many years of pet sitting experience, as well as regularly working with pets through local animal shelters, rescue organizations, and pet events. She and my dad, Kevin, have several furry kids. I can’t imagine how they would get through their day without us there to guide them!

Our staff has varying degrees of experience in the pet service industry. This is important to us! We want to be able to recognize distress, anxiety, or possible illness, as well as give everyone the utmost love and respect that they deserve. If medication needs to be a part of the daily routine, it’s not a problem. We give oral medications, injections, and sub-Q fluids when necessary. We’re all bonded and insured, and we're all certified in pet first aid. In addition, everyone goes through a seven year criminal background check to ensure the safety of our clients, their pets, and possessions.
